you should export to the ascii format of milkhshape. That way your character file would be something like charname.txt. That file is importable for 3das. Be sure to import textures aswel and do not use paths for textures in milkhape. Or edit the .txt file by hand to remove texture paths. Now you should be able to import your milkshape character. In the next version more and better support for animated chars will be available.
